Why are you not getting the commitment, consistency, honesty, and healthy relationship you say you want?
Sometimes the answer is not simply finding a different man. Your repeated relationship patterns can reveal deeper beliefs about what you deserve, what love requires from you, and what you have learned to accept as normal.
In this episode, Kim Velez explores why you can consciously desire healthy love while continuing to choose relationships that give you less.
You’ll learn the important difference between:
being triggered by a healthy, consistent man because receiving good love feels unfamiliar
and making excuses for a man who repeatedly shows you inconsistency, unreliability, lack of integrity, or unwillingness to move the relationship forward
We also look at how Romans 12:2 and 2 Corinthians 10:5 apply to renewing your mind, taking your thoughts captive, and partnering with God to change the beliefs influencing what you tolerate and choose in love.
The question is not only:
“Why am I not getting what I want?”
It is also:
“God, what do my choices reveal about what I actually believe I can have?”
When what you believe you are worthy of receiving changes, what you are willing to call love changes too.

You forgave him. But does that mean you have to trust him again, take him back, or give him the same access to your life?
No.
In this episode, Kim Velez explores the difference between Christian forgiveness, trust, reconciliation, and continued access in relationships.
If a man repeatedly lies, breaks promises, disappears, apologizes, and then does it again, his behavior is his responsibility. But what you continue accepting can become a mirror of what you currently believe you are worthy of receiving in love.
We’ll look at Ephesians 4:32, Matthew 7:16, why forgiveness does not require you to ignore someone’s fruit, and how to bring the beliefs underneath your relationship choices to God.
You can forgive someone without continuing to participate in the same relationship pattern.
Forgiveness can remain. Access can change.

Why do you keep choosing the same kind of man in a different body?
Inconsistent. Emotionally unavailable. Devaluing. Unable or unwilling to give you the kind of love and relationship you actually want.
This episode is about taking responsibility for the beliefs and relationship patterns that keep influencing what you are attracted to, what you tolerate, and what you choose in love.
You are not responsible for a man’s behavior. But you are responsible for the beliefs you continue agreeing with and what you continue participating in after someone shows you who he is.
We’ll talk about why attraction does not always mean alignment, how limiting beliefs can shape your choices in love, and what Romans 12:2 and 2 Corinthians 10:5 teach about renewing your mind and taking your thoughts captive.
You do not have to keep agreeing with:
“I’m not enough.”
“Love is always hard.”
“There are no good men.”
“I have to earn being chosen.”
Bring the belief to God. Invite the Holy Spirit into it. Renew your mind with His truth—and begin choosing love from a different identity.

You keep comparing yourself to other women-his ex, the women he follows, or the woman you think is prettier, younger, thinner, or somehow more likely to be chosen.
But the comparison is not really about her. It is revealing what you are afraid is true about you.
In this episode, Kim Velez explores why comparison and jealousy in relationships can expose deeper beliefs about being replaceable, not enough, or unworthy of love-and what God says about your worth.
We’ll look at 2 Corinthians 10:12 and Ephesians 2:10, why another woman was never meant to become the measuring stick for your value, and how to bring the belief underneath comparison to God so your mind and identity can be renewed.
You do not need to prove that you are better than her.
There is no scoreboard. God already settled your worth.

You keep praying for God to change him.
To make him more consistent. More committed. More willing to show up, follow through, and become the man you know he could be.
But what if you have become so focused on asking God to change the man that you are missing what this relationship is revealing in you?
In this episode, Kim Velez explores why a man’s inconsistency can expose deeper beliefs about love, worth, rejection, and what you believe you have to do to be chosen.
His behavior creates the circumstance.
Your response reveals the identity you are living from.
When you chase after he withdraws, make yourself easier to keep, accept less than you truly want, or assume his silence means you are not enough, those reactions are showing you the beliefs that still need to be brought to God.
You can deeply love Jesus and still have areas of your mind that have not yet been renewed.
Romans 12:2 calls us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds, and 2 Corinthians 10:5 tells us to take our thoughts captive and make them obedient to Christ.
In this episode, you’ll learn how to:
• Recognize what your relationship patterns are revealing about your identity• Stop making a man’s inconsistency mean something about your worth• Identify the beliefs underneath chasing, settling, and fear of losing him• Bring limiting beliefs honestly to God and invite the Holy Spirit into them• Renew your mind around love, rejection, worth, and being chosen• Stop praying only for the circumstance to change and begin allowing God to transform what you believe• Make different choices in love from a renewed identity
Maybe the prayer is no longer only:
“God, change him.”
Maybe it becomes:
“God, show me what this relationship is revealing in me.”
Because when God renews what you believe, what you are willing to accept, participate in, and choose in love begins to change too.

he moment he pulls away, you may stop asking whether he is good for you—and start trying to prove that you are good enough for him.
You stare at your phone.
You write a text, delete it, and write another one.
You check his page.
You replay the last conversation, looking for the exact moment you ruined everything.
But you are not only chasing him.
You are chasing relief from the rejection his distance activated inside you.
In this episode, Kim explains why a man’s withdrawal can cause you to abandon your standards, accept less than you want, and allow his attention to determine whether you feel chosen.
You will learn:
• Why his distance feels so powerful• Why you chase reassurance when you feel rejected• What your response reveals about the identity you are living from• How to bring the belief beneath your behavior honestly to God• How Ephesians 1:4 establishes your identity as chosen• How to make your next decision from God’s truth instead of fear
Ephesians 1:4 says that God chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world.
Your chosen identity did not begin when this man wanted you.
It cannot end when he withdraws from you.
His behavior creates the circumstance.
Your response reveals what you currently believe you are worthy of receiving and having in love.
Returning to God means bringing that belief into the light, placing it beneath His Word, and choosing from the identity God already established.

You keep waiting for him to choose you — but if we're honest, the ache isn't really about him. It's about who you've let decide whether you're enough.
In this episode, we're getting honest about why you keep staying available to emotionally unavailable men, why that pattern goes back further than this relationship, and why God — not his mood, his timeline, or whether he texts back — was always meant to be the one who defines your worth.
We'll talk about:
Why "waiting for him to choose you" actually means closing yourself off to everyone and everything else
Why emotionally unavailable men can feel like chemistry
Where this pattern really comes from
Why you've made him the judge of your worth, and why that was never his job to hold
What it looks like, practically, to let God be your source instead

You Keep Asking God for a Sign-But You’re Ignoring the Pattern
Are you asking God for another sign about an emotionally unavailable man while ignoring the relationship pattern already in front of you?
In this episode of No More Breadcrumbs, Kim Velez explains why Christian women can remain attached to men who are inconsistent, unavailable, or unwilling to commit—and why his behavior can make you feel unchosen, unworthy, or not good enough in love.
You’ll learn:
Why you keep asking God to confirm that he is “the one”
How his inconsistency reveals the wound underneath your attachment
What it means when an emotionally unavailable man mirrors your beliefs about love
How low self-concept keeps you waiting for him to change
Why his behavior feels like proof of your worth
How to recognize the difference between trusting God and staying attached to his potential
What breaking the relationship pattern actually requires
You did not cause his emotional unavailability. His character and choices belong to him. But his behavior may reveal what you fear about yourself, what you believe you must accept, and why you keep trying to earn the love you want.
His behavior can give you information about him. It does not get to determine your worth.

How do you know if you're truly waiting on God... or if you're actually waiting on a man?
If you've been praying for a relationship, asking God for signs, and wondering whether you should keep waiting for him or finally let go, this episode will help you look beneath the surface.
The biggest question may not be whether you're supposed to stay or leave. It may be whether your decision is being shaped by faith or by fear.
In this episode, we'll explore why fear can convince you that this is your only chance at love, how identity wounds influence relationship decisions, what it really means to seek God's wisdom, and how to discern His leading without allowing anxiety or scarcity to make your choices.
We'll also look at what Scripture teaches about asking God for wisdom (James 1:5), trusting His guidance (Isaiah 30:21), and why Jesus wants to heal the wounds underneath unhealthy relationship patterns—not just answer your questions about one relationship.
If you've ever wondered:
Should I keep waiting for him?
Am I trusting God or just afraid to let go?
How do I know if God is asking me to wait?
What if I walk away and I'm wrong?
...this episode is for you.
